Hertfordshire County Council push for Public Rights of Way to be protected (condition 44)

Hertfordshire County Council have not recommended the approval of the reserved matters at this stage due to insufficient evidence to protect the Public Rights of Way.

Condition 44 – original planning permission

After the Bramble Lane fiasco with the unplanned fencing, It’s good to see the local authority requiring the Public Rights of Way in and around this development to be adequately protected.

It is concerning on some of the images the developers have submitted that they have taken Bramble lane into their development and defined it’s boundaries incorrectly. Is this done on purpose or a simple accident?

The black lines show the boundary of the development, part of Bramble Lane is therefore part of the development as show in the plans, it is unclear that it is to be protected. 07/20/0046/RM

We await further details from the developers on how they will seek to protect the Public Right of Way.
